What made you go for it full power? I have to say that most of my motivation and fire for this business I have to thank my sponsor, mentor and father for. He is a great speaker and believes in me and pushes me to go further and further with everything in my life, every day. That made more successful and stronger in the business as well! That's actually the most important thing in a company like Synkronice, to have a real leader to follow and learn from, and I sure do have that.
And you also have to learn to challenge yourself every day. A year back in time I was more scared of new things, new people and so on, but now I see everything that scares me as a challenge, and that thrills me! That's what made me go for it full power, the thrill feeling!
Where do you see yourself in Synkronice in the next year? In a year from now I will have come real far ahead from where I am now. I will be a real leader and the people who I work with, by that time, and I will have fun together, working, and we will keep on challenging ourselves every day to reach new goals! What made you go for it full power? Two aspect:
1) I saw this as something that could really revolutionize network marketing – on a grand scale, and having seen “the light” in NM as early as age 19…. FINALLY, here was something with no drawbacks. The timing was perfect for me – I was in a low period in my business, and needed something to bring in money NOW.
2) Fear loss! Simply! I just DID NOT want this rocket to take off without me in it!
Where do you see yourself in Synkronice in the next year? Within the next year I will reach Level 7. I will take part in global expansion, and furthermore – and most important, I will be placing myself in a position of time and money, which above all has to do with creating a new life with me and my family!
When will you take the next step in the leadership career ladder? The next step in the career ladder will be reach by empowering the team I already have. Now it is time to have lots of more successes in the team.

Age? I remember women are not at my age, but charming enough to do something you love from morning to evening and that others want to learn MLM.

I am a trained educator, but have not worked with it for very many years when I was deeply loved in MLM, I've now been in love since 2002 and I would go on to the rest of life because it's the most rewarding thing you can imagine that you experience so many things together with people who are much together with you. Have you ever been in love every day of your work. I have, because it's so wonderful to witness, along with so many people who want something in life, they have the most wonderful energy and takes on so many crazy things and here you will experience so much that you never would have experienced if you were not in this world, but other people who want the same thing, it's just so rewarding and so it is much skunk that money in bank book into nothing.
What made you go full power in Synkronice? To go full power so the challenges, for you must learn to love to Hunt, to teach, to travel and experience and allow yourself that you can earn as much as you want if you want to schedule it into your schedule, create the a goal and go for it, you get what you want, and it is so satisfying. Going to bed when you're tired and get up when you're finished sleeping, then you have a great networker life ;-)
What is your next goal? Now, I was 1st year level 5 so we go after level 8, seemed to help some people who wish the same as I do. So this year I will focus on getting many in my team to level 5 to get the duplication going. It is so fun our business and we want to lift enough people. A rain of gold will take place when we teach others to get to the top.

When will you take the next step in the leadership carrer ladder? Already working towards level 6. I joined Synkronice in October 2010 and made level 5 in 5 months. In the beginning I didn't really focus on Synkronice but despite this I shared the Business with 12 others, which then grew to 62 and qualified me for a Mediterranean Cruise. It was only on the Cruise, meeting the other leaders did I begin to understand and realise the full potential and hence take it more seriously!
The next year I aim to be level 7 and to be the top female Synkronice member in the World!

When did you start you business in Synkronice? We started with Synkronice on the 13th of January 2012
What made you start with so much enthusiasm?RN: The visionary is the one that sees before the others. I strongly believe in me, I believe in the Project, I believe in the people behind the Project and leading it, because of their experience and accomplishments. If that were not the case, I wouldn’t be here.
JAR: I loved the concept! Putting together network marketing and a social network are unbelievable and that made me dream! After knowing who is behind the project, who I was going to work with, analyse the comp plan and know what kind of products and services we would have to offer… the only thing missing was my decision… So I took action!!!
Where do you see yourself with Synkronice next year? RN: The power of this business is in its duplication. Right now, 3 months after we started in this business, we have a team of more than 400 Synkronice Entrepreneurs. Next year, I see myself leading, delegating in teams of thousands of people, travelling with my business partner José António Ribeiro to several countries, supporting our team. We believe that helping people change the way they think, giving them a vision f the power they hold within, we will be able to go further than anyone alone has ever thought it was possible.

O que o fez avançar com tanto dinamismo?
RN: O visionário é aquele que vê antes dos outros. Acredito fortemente em mim, acredito no projeto,acredito nas pessoas que estão a frente e envolvidas no projeto, pela experiência e resultados obtidos e comprovados . Se assim não fosse não estaria aqui.
JAR: Gostei do conceito! Aliar o marketing de rede a uma rede social é algo incrível e isso fez-me sonhar!... Depois de saber quem são as pessoas e com quem ia trabalhar, analisar o plano de compensação e saber que serviços e produtos tínhamos para oferecer... só faltava a minha decisão... E passei à acção!!!
Onde se vê com a Synkronice no próximo ano?
RN: O poder deste negócio está na duplicação. Neste momento com 3 meses de negócio temos cerca de 400 empresários Synkronice, no próximo ano revejo-me a liderar, delegando equipas de milhares de pessoas em conjunto com o meu sócio José António Ribeiro a viajar por vários países onde em alguns já temos equipas a trabalhar. What made you go for it fullpower?I decided to join Synkronice as I know that the earning potential of network marketing (MLM) is huge, provided that the company and its products are solid! Having 7 years experience in MLM, I understand only too well the exponential potential of this industry!
At Synkronice, they have coupled network marketing with a business that can be done mainly on-line and this combination is simply so powerful!
Initially, during the presentation, I was totally uninterested and only agreed to have a look, out of respect for Joao de Saldanha, who invited me.
It is a known fact that lately, too many companies have been taking advantage of the positive system of MLM to get on the bandwagon, copying the system, yet, most offer poor products and compensation plans that leave much to be desired. I feared that Synkronice was one of these companies...thus my reluctance. But soon it became obvious to me that the plan was genial. They were talking about the mammoth world of the internet!
These days’ babies are practically born with a PC or an Ipad on their laps. Every person in the world sends emails, uses FB, gambles on line, or uses dating services. Where will we be 2 or 3 years from now? And how many millions of " cents" will we earn in the future when Spinglo friends log on and use our services? It was that possibility that reality, that made me join. An excellent product, ambitious young founders with undeniable experience in MLM can only equal success! We just need to tell the world!

What made you go for it fullpower?The sector and the concept. The Social Media drives an amazing traffic of people that are potential online customers and Spinglo comes exactly in time to promote this sector. Social Media has change our habits and our life style on personal level, professional and business. Today all those people who are not in one of theses networks, are out of game. All the entrepreneur or companies that are not developing theirs brands in he Social Media are not competitive.
Where do you see yourself in Synkronice in the next year?I see myself working with the same attitude and commitment I have now with the company and helping all the team in achieving their individual goals. I like to focus on my level 12 all time because it develops my strengths, and that strengths will step by step make sure I achieve my goals.
When will you take the next step in the leadership career ladder?Yesterday... Because I believe I am a proactive person and I never leave for tomorrow what I can do today. Togehter with my wife Ana Maria Perez, we have been working with Spinglo Synkronice for around two months and now we are closing our level 5 y with very good opportunity to close our Level 6 in June. I have to recognize the constantly coverage and support from my Uplines to achieve this goal and for encouraging the development of leadership as permanent culture of success. El sector, y el concepto. Las Redes Sociales manejan un trafico increible de millones de personas que son potenciales clientes online y Spinglo justamente viene a potenciar ese sector. Las Redes Sociales han cambiado nuestras costumbres y nuestro modo de vida a nivel personal, profesional y empresarial. Hoy en dia todo aquel que no tenga presencia en estas plataformas sociales esta fuera de juego. Todo profesional o empresa que no desarrolle su "branding" en las Redes Sociales deja de ser competitiva.
Donde te ves en Synkronice dentro de un año?
Me veo trabajando con la misma actitud y compromiso que ahora tengo con la Compañía y ayudando a todo el equipo a alcanzar sus respectivos objetivos. Me gusta visualizar mi nivel 12 constantemente porque desarrolla en mi la fuerza de la intención, y esa fuerza hace que poco a poco vaya alcanzando mis objetivos.
Cuando vas a dar el siguiente paso en la carrera profesional?
Ayer... Porque me considero una persona proactiva y nunca dejo para mañana lo que puedo hacer hoy. Junto a mi esposa Ana María Pérez, llevamos mas o menos dos meses en Spinglo Synkronice y ya estamos cerrando nuestro nivel 5 y con muy buenas perspectivas de cerrar nuestro nivel 6 para el mes de Junio. Tengo que destacar la cobertura y apoyo constante de mis uplines para lograr estos objetivos y por fomentar el desarrollo de liderazgo como cultura permanente de éxito.
